Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research Act 1982 No. 9 of 1982 - SECT 36

36. (1) The Centre shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the expenditure of the Centre out of moneys standing to the credit
of the Fund for each financial year and, if the Minister so directs, for any
other period specified by the Minister, and shall submit those estimates to
the Minister not later than such date as the Minister directs.

(2) Moneys shall not be expended from the Fund otherwise than in accordance
with estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
