PART III-THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF THE CENTRE Establishment and functions of
Board

7. (1) There is hereby established a Board by the name of the Board of
Management of the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research.

(2) The Board is, subject to and in accordance with any direction by the
Minister under section 16, responsible for the conduct and control of the
affairs of the Centre.
