AGED CARE (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1997 No. 114 of 1997 - SECT 67

If, immediately before the commencement day, a determination under section 5
of the Aged Care Income Testing Act 1997 was in force, for the purposes of the
new Act, the determination has effect as if it were a determination made on
that day under section 44-24 of that Act.
