AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (ELECTORAL) ACT 1988 No. 107 of 1988 - SECT 27

27. (1) Staff employed by the Electoral Commission under section 35 of the
Electoral Act solely for the purpose of a general election, other than the
first general election, shall be taken to be employed on behalf of the
Territory.

(2) The terms and conditions of employment of staff referred to in subsection
(1) are such as are from time to time determined by the Electoral Commission.
