AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY STAMP DUTY AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 147 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
first day of the month next following the month in which it receives the Royal
Assent.

(2) Paragraphs 4 (h) and 5 (c) and (d) and sub-section 6 (2) shall be deemed
to have come into operation on 10 June 1986.
