ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 33

PART VI-STAFF
33. (1) The Commission may engage such employees as are necessary for the
performance of its functions under this Act.

(2) The terms and conditions of employment (in respect of matters not provided
for by this Act) of persons engaged under this section are such as are
determined by the Commission with the approval of the Public Service Board.
