ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 47

Protection against actions 
47. (1) No action, suit or proceeding lies against a member of the Commission
or a member of a committee appointed under section 45 for or in relation to an
act done in good faith for the purposes of this Act.

(2) This section does not limit or abridge any defence existing apart from
this section.
