ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 53

53. At any time after the Chairman and not less than 3 other members have been
appointed, and before the expiration of 6 months after the commencement of
Part II-

   (a)  the Development Commission may exercise its powers and perform its
        functions;

   (b)  notwithstanding sub-section 19 (4), at a meeting of the Commission a
        quorum is constituted by a majority of the members for the time being
        holding office; and

   (c)  the exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions of the
        Commission is not affected by reason only of there being fewer than 10
        members.
