AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 71 of 1980 - SECT 16

16. Section 29 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Staff of Commission



"29. (1) The Commission may appoint such officers and engage such employees as
it thinks necessary for the performance of its functions.



"(2) The terms and conditions of service or employment of persons so appointed
or engaged (in respect of matters not provided for by this Act) shall be such
as are determined by the Commission with the approval of the Public Service
Board.".
