AUSTRALIA-JAPAN FOUNDATION ACT 1976 No. 18 of 1976 - SECT 22

Engagement of consultants, &c.

22. (1) The Foundation may, with the approval of the Public Service Board,
engage persons to furnish advice to, or perform services for, the Foundation
otherwise than as members of the staff referred to in section 20.

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons under sub-section (1)
shall be such as are, with the approval of the Public Service Board,
determined by the Foundation.
