ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING ACT 2006 (NO. 169, 2006) - SECT 249

                   To avoid doubt, a reference in this Act to a class or kind of matter or thing does not, by implication, affect the application of:

                     (a)  subsection 13(3) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 ; or

                     (b)  subsection 46(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
