ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING ACT 2006 (NO. 169, 2006) - SECT 60
Obligations of customs officers and police officers
If a report under section 59 is given to a customs officer or a
police officer, the officer must, within 5 business days after the day of
receipt of the report, forward the report to the AUSTRAC CEO.
