ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 No. 191 of 1976 - SECT 33

33. With the approval of the Treasurer, a Land Council may, in any one
financial year, borrow from a bank approved by the Treasurer for the purpose
an amount not exceeding, or amounts not exceeding in the aggregate, an amount
equal to 10 per centum of the total of the estimates of expenditure approved
by the Minister under section 34 in respect of that year.
