ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 No. 191 of 1976 - SECT 58

Resignation. 
58. The Commissioner may resign his office by writing under his hand delivered
to the Governor-General, but the resignation does not have effect until it is
accepted by the Governor-General.
