ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 No. 191 of 1976 - SECT 65

65. (1) There shall be a Trust Account Advisory Committee to advise the
Minister in connexion with the making of payments out of the Trust Account
under sub-section 64 (4).

(2) The Trust Account Advisory Committee shall consist of-

   (a)  a Chairman appointed by the Minister; and

   (b)  an equal number of members elected by each Land Council, being a
        number fixed by the Minister from time to time.

(3) The Chairman and the other members of the Trust Account Advisory Committee
shall be Aboriginals living in the Northern Territory or whose names are set
out in a register maintained in accordance with section 24.
