ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 No. 191 of 1976 - SECT 9
Resignation of member of Land Trust.
9. A member of a Land Trust may resign his office by writing under his hand
delivered to the Minister, but the resignation does not have effect until it
is accepted by the Minister.
