5. After section 5 of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted in
Part I:

Crown to be bound

''5A. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States and of the Northern Territory.

Application of Act outside Australia

''5B. This Act applies both within and outside Australia.''.
