Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation Amendment Act 1984 No. 57 of 1984 - SECT 11

11. (1) Section 16Q of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
sub-section (3) the following sub-section:

''(3A) An applicant for renewal of a meat export licence or live-stock export
licence shall, at the time of lodgement of his application under this section
or at such later time (if any) as is permitted under the regulations, pay such
fee in respect of the application as is prescribed.''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to an
application made under section 16Q of the Principal Act before the date of
commencement of this section.
