Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation Amendment Act 1984 No. 57 of 1984 - SECT 9

9. (1) Section 16J of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''by a country outside Australia''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''to that country or to a place in
        that country,'' and substituting ''to a country or to a place in a
        country, whether the restrictions are, or will, in the opinion of the
        Corporation, be imposed by Australia or by that other country,''.
