Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry Selection Committee Act 1984 No. 59 of 1984 - SECT 10

10. (1) If the Minister is not satisfied as to the suitability of a person
nominated for appointment he may inform the Committee, by notice in writing,
that he rejects the nomination and may include in that notice a further
request for a nomination.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, that further request shall be considered as
a request made under and in accordance with section 7.
