AIR NAVIGATION (CHARGES) AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 124 of 1976 - SECT 15

15. Paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is repealed and the
following paragraph substituted:-

''12. A charge in respect of an aircraft that is payable under this Schedule
in addition to the charge payable in respect of that aircraft under paragraph
2 becomes due and payable at the expiration of 28 days after the end of the
month in which the aircraft first became engaged in the operations by reason
of the engagement in which the additional charge is payable.''.
