AIR NAVIGATION (CHARGES) AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 124 of 1976 - SECT 9

9. Paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the
following paragraph substituted:-

''9. A charge under this Schedule becomes due and payable at the expiration of
28 days after the end of the month in which the flight, landing or take-off to
which the charge relates was completed.''.
