Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) As soon as practicable after developing a general funding strategy for a financial year, the Board must give a copy of the strategy to the Minister for approval.
(2) A general funding strategy developed by the Board and approved by the Minister is a legislative instrument made by the Minister on the day on which the strategy is approved, but section 42 (disallowance) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 does not apply to a general funding strategy.
