AUSTRALIAN RENEWABLE ENERGY AGENCY ACT 2011 (NO. 151, 2011) - SECT 3

Object

                   The main object of this Act is to:

                     (a)  improve the competitiveness of renewable energy technologies; and

                     (b)  increase the supply of renewable energy in Australia.
