AIDC SALE ACT 1997 No. 67, 1997 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Schedule 2 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation. The day must
not be earlier than the day on which the Minister gives the Governor-General a
written certificate stating that the Minister is satisfied that the Australian
Industry Development Corporation has no assets and no liabilities.
