AUTONOMOUS SANCTIONS ACT 2011 (NO. 38, 2011) - SECT 23

                   If a person gives a document to the CEO of a designated Commonwealth entity under section 19, the CEO:

                     (a)  may take and keep a copy of the document; and

                     (b)  must return the document to the person within a reasonable time.
