Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsThe occupier of premises to which a monitoring warrant relates, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide the authorised officer executing the warrant and any assisting officer with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers.
