AUTOMOTIVE TRANSFORMATION SCHEME ACT 2009 (NO. 93, 2009) - SECT 25
Offence for failing to provide authorised officer with facilities and assistance
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is subject to a requirement under section 23; and
(b) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and
(c) the act or omission breaches the requirement.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
