AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 60 of 1986 - SECT 16

16. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2) and
substituting the following sub-sections:

"(2) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of the
person holding the position of principal employee (however described) of the
Corporation shall be such as are, subject to the approval of the Minister,
determined by the Corporation.

"(3) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of an
employee, other than the employee referred to in sub-section (2), shall be
such as are determined by the Corporation.".
