AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 60 of 1986 - SECT 19

19. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) in payment or discharge of the expenses, charges, obligations and
liabilities incurred or undertaken by the Presiding Member or the Committee in
or in connection with the performance of the functions, or the exercise of the
powers, of the Committee under this Act;".
