AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 60 of 1986 - SECT 21

21. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(2) Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 applies in relation to the
Corporation-

   (a)  as if the reference in sub-section 63D (1) of that Division to an
        approved bank or approved banks included a reference to the Reserve
        Bank of Australia;

   (b)  where an auditor for the Corporation has been appointed under section
        38A, as if the references in sections 63G and 63H to the
        Auditor-General were references to the auditor so appointed; and

   (c)  subject to the modification contained in sub-section (3) of this
        section.".
