AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 60 of 1986 - SECT 5

5. After section 5 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Declared winemakers organisations

"5A. Where the Minister considers that an organisation is a national
organisation which is representative of winemakers, the Minister may, by
notice in writing published in the Gazette, declare that organisation to be a
declared winemakers organisation.".
