AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 No. 104 of 1980 - SECT 28

Arrangements relating to staff
28. (1) The Council may arrange with the Permanent Head of a Department of the
Australian Public Service or with a body (other than a company or association)
established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth for the
services of officers or employees of the body to be made available to the
Memorial.

(2) The Council may enter into an arrangement with the appropriate authority
of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of the
Public Service of the State or Territory, or of a body established for a
public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory, to be made
available to the Memorial.
