AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 No. 104 of 1980 - SECT 30

PART VI-FINANCE
30. (1) There are payable to the Memorial such moneys as are appropriated,
from time to time, by the Parliament for the purposes of the Memorial.

(2) The Minister for Finance may give directions as to the amounts in which,
and the times at which, moneys referred to in sub-section (1) are to be paid
to the Memorial.
