AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 No. 104 of 1980 - SECT 34

34. (1) Moneys to which section 33 applies that are not immediately required
to be expended may be invested-

   (a)  on deposit with a bank that is an approved bank for the purposes of
        section 63J of the Audit Act 1901;

   (b)  in securities of the Commonwealth; or

   (c)  in any other manner approved by the Treasurer.

(2) Income derived from the investment of moneys standing to the credit of the
Fund forms part of the Fund.
