BANKING ACT 1974 No. 132 of 1974 - SECT 6

6. At any time after this Act receives the Royal Assent, and before the date
fixed under section 2 of this Act, regulations may be made under the Principal
Act as amended by this Act as if this Act had come into operation on the date
on which it receives the Royal Assent, but regulations so made shall not come
into operation before the date fixed under that section.
