BOUNTY (PENICILLIN) ACT 1980 No. 47 of 1980 - SECT 10

10. Bounty is not payable in respect of bountiable penicillin unless the
Comptroller-General is satisfied that the bountiable penicillin is of good and
merchantable quality.
