BOUNTY (PENICILLIN) ACT 1980 No. 47 of 1980 - SECT 26

Regulations
26. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to
this Act, and, in particular, prescribing-

   (a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, applications for
        bounty shall be made;

   (b)  the information to be furnished by applicants in connection with
        applications for bounty; and

   (c)  penalties not exceeding $200 for offences against the regulations.
