BOUNTY (PENICILLIN) ACT 1980 No. 47 of 1980 - SECT 4

4. (1) The period of twelve months commencing on the commencing date and each
of the four next succeeding periods of twelve months are periods to which this
Act applies.

(2) During the last period that, by virtue of sub-section (1), is a period to
which this Act applies, the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette,
declare that a period of not more than twelve months commencing on the day
immediately following the expiration of that period and ending on a specified
date is a period to which this Act applies, and that declaration shall have
effe ct accordingly.
