BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 110
Controlling trustee's bank accounts, &c.
110. Section 210 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(4) Sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to the Official Trustee.".
