BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 113

113. Section 214 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(b) of sub-section (2) "the form in the Fourth Schedule" and substituting "the
prescribed form".
