BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 119

119. After section 223 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:



"223A. (1) The provisions of sections 196 to 203 (inclusive) apply, subject to
such modifications and adaptations (if any) as are prescribed by the rules, in
relation to a meeting of creditors (other than the meeting referred to in
section 194) called for the purposes of this Part as if the meeting were a
meeting referred to in section 194.



"(2) In this section, 'modification' includes the addition or omission of a
provision or the substitution of a provision for another provision.".
