BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 122

122. (1) Section 225 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-sections (2) and (3) ", in the absence of fraud,
conclusive" and substituting "prima facie"; and

(b) by inserting in sub-section (4) "prima facie" before "evidence".

(2) The amendments of section 225 of the Principal Act made by sub-section (1)
of this section do not apply in relation to a certificate of the passing of a
resolution, whether or not a special resolution, under section 204 of the
Principal Act that was signed before the commencement of this section.
