BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 158

158. (1) Section 274 of the Principal Act is repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of section 274 of the Principal Act effected by
sub-section (1) of this section, summary proceedings in respect of an offence
against the Principal Act committed before the commencement of this section
may be instituted not later than one year after the discovery of the offence
by the Official Receiver or the trustee in the bankruptcy or the trustee of
the deed or composition, as the case may be, or, in a case of proceedings by a
creditor, the discovery of the offence by the creditor.
