(1) and (3), sections 48, 52, 53, 54, 56, 63, 66, 67, 68 and 71, sub-section
73 (1), sections 79, 89, 91, 93, 94, 95, 97, 99, 105, 115, 117, 120, 121, 122,
123, 126, 128, 129, 131, 133, 135, 143, 149, 150, 153, 155, 156, 157, 158,
159, 160, 161, 162, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 174 and 176 shall come into
operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such
date as is fixed by Proclamation.
