BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 4

Application of Act 
4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "infants,"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (1) the following sub-section:



"(1A) This Act applies to debtors whether or not they have attained the age of
18 years.".
