BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 49

49. Section 105 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following sub-
        section:



"(1) The Official Trustee is not personally liable for costs in relation to an
application to review a decision made by the Official Trustee under
sub-section 102 (1), (3) or (4) in respect of a proof of debt."; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "trustee not being an Official
        Receiver" and substituting "registered trustee".
