BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 77
Registration of persons as trustees
77. Section 155 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-
section (6) "an Official Receiver" and substituting "the Official Trustee".
