BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 81
Official Trustee to be trustee when there is no other trustee
81. Section 160 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Official
Receiver for the District in which the sequestration order was made or the
debtor's petition was presented, as the case may be," and substituting "the
Official Trustee".
