BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 83

83. Section 163 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted:



"163. (1) Where the Official Trustee is the trustee of the estate of a
bankrupt, the Official Trustee shall be remunerated as prescribed.



"(2) An amount equal to each amount of remuneration received by the Official
Trustee shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.".
